Quite a few years ago I bought four buildings on the bad side of town. Up until a year ago that hadn't been a problem. However, the neighborhood worsened and crime went up. Something needed to be done. I figured the best course of action would be to purchase an exterior lighting system. Obviously, I wanted something to reduce risk, but soon I became obsessed with lighting as a creative technique to enhance my buildings.
With a lot of options to look at I purchased an exterior system which would highlight particular areas of my properties while offering security. After purchasing the lights I've received a spate of positive feedback. They tell me more people come into their businesses now that the surrounding area looks better.
